By making a purchase from our online stores or through wholesale channels, you (the "Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully.

Items may be manufactured in Mexico or overseas, always guaranteeing quality standards.

The prices displayed are in the currency corresponding to each platform (MXN on Mercado Libre México, USD on Amazon USA/Shopify/PayPal) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Payment Methods

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out under the policies and delivery timeframes established by:

Mercado Libre México: We will use their official shipping system.

Amazon USA: We will use FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) or Amazon shipping services.

Shopify and Wholesale Orders: We will primarily use DHL or other reliable courier services. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.

The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer once the courier service confirms delivery.
5. Returns and Warranties

We accept returns or exchanges in cases provided for by Mexican Consumer Protection Law and under the specific policies of each platform:

Mercado Libre México: Governed by their guaranteed return policy.

Amazon USA: Governed by Amazon's A-to-Z policies.

Shopify/Wholesale: Products may be returned within 15 calendar days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer, unless the error was ours.
